Crazy Rulers of the World - The Men Who Stare At Goats (added 02/08/14)

"The Men Who Stare At Goats" is a television documentary, made by Journalist John Ronson, that provides information about a secret US Army unit, founded in 1979, called the First Earth Battalion.  In the film, Ronson attempts to uncover the truth about this unit's involvement with paranormal activities, including mind reading and out of body experiences.  Former commanding general of United States Army Intelligence, Albert Stubblebine, is interviewed about his involvement with these programs, and Stubblebine talks pretty openly about it.  This was Stubblebine's first interview, and after seeing how he was portrayed by the film makers, vowed never to do anymore interviews.  Today, Stubblebine rarely grants interviews, but he did recently have an interview with Jan Irvin at Gnostic Media, where he discussed many important issues, including the topics discussed in this film, which I highly recommend, and can be viewed here.  This topic was eventually made into a movie staring George Clooney, titled "The Men Who Stare At Goats."

Mao Zedong and China's Cultural Revolution (added 12/10/13)

This film briefly chronicles the rise of Mao Zedong as the leader of Communist China from 1949-1976, including the alliance, and eventual denouncement, of the Soviet Union, as well as the denouncement, and eventual alliance, with the United States, during the Nixon administration, through Henry Kissinger. Chairman Mao Zedong encouraged the collectivization of privately held land, and incredible footage shows Chinese peasants beating, and yelling at, former land owners, denouncing them as "capitalist exploiters."  This 45-minute documentary is not the most entertaining film, but gives an interesting short glimpse into this period of Chinese history.

While You Eat Poison, The Elite Eat Organic

I try to eat ORGANIC as much as I can.  I get criticized by friends and families with the typical statements, "it's all the same", and "your wasting your money", but I believe pesticides, chemical fertilizers, and gentically modified food is bad for you.  It appears that I am not alone.  The wealthiest and most powerful people on this planet, only eat Organic, or prefer it over any other option.  The same politicians that are passing laws, promoting the safety of scientifically altered food, are choosing to eat only Organic.  Here are a few examples, with links:

  The Romney Family

-  Mitt Romney, who actually has ties back to the company Monsanto, reportedly makes sure his own meals are nothing but organic. Reuters Steve Holland reports from Romney's airplane, "Everything's organic, I'm told, including the ingredients to Romney's favorite, peanut butter and honey sandwiches."  Ann Romney even credits a combination of organic foods and holistic medicine for turning her health around after she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1998.

Donald Trump Embarrasses Himself On David Letterman

Donald Trump is a complete douche-bag.  Trump went on the David Letterman show, and talked about how he supports Romney because they both believe that China is "ripping our heart out...and we just do nothing to protect ourselves."  Later in the interview, he is promoting his signature line of shirts and ties, at which point David Letterman points out they are all MADE IN CHINA! The look on Donald Trumps face is priceless.

To the average person, this may seem like complete hypocrisy, and it is.  These billionaires believe they are above the rules that they set for the rest of us to follow.  This is similar to billionaire Ted Turner calling for a world wide one-child policy, but he himself has five children.  These people get rich because they are psychopaths, and team up with other powerful psychopaths, to rip the rest of us off.
