Chicago Police Officer Tony Baumann walked in on his six year old step-son "playing doctor" with the cop's five year old daughter. Officer Baumann, who's 6'2'' and weighs over 300 pounds, flipped out, struck the child several times, and threw the boy on the bed by his neck. The boy's mother, Vicki Ross, is "at her wits end" after learning there will be no charges filed against her ex-fiance.
