12-12-12 Concert For "Hurricane Sandy Relief" Just Another Large Charity Scam Run By The Banking Elite Via The Robin Hood Foundation

The above video is a promotion for a "Hurricane Sandy Relief" concert, staring Kanye West, Alicia Keys, Paul McCartney, and more, broadcasting live on television, in an effort to raise money, to benefit the Robin Hood relief fund?  What is the Robin Hood foundation, and why did they sneak that in there?  The Robin Hood Foundation is a huge "charitable" organization, that is run by America's banking and corporate elite, and in my opinion, another front organization for these criminal psychopaths to make more money, and gain more power.

In 2007, The Robin Hood Foundation drew scrutiny from lawmakers in Washington, after a "rainy-day fund" of the organizations grew to $144.5 million from $20 million in less than a decade.  Their main concern: About half the money invested in hedge funds were run by Robin Hood donors or board members, who were paid the industry standard fee of 2 percent of assets and 20 percent of profit for managing the donations.

Sitting on the board of directors is the CEO of JP Morgan (Jes Staley), CEO of General Electric (Jeffrey Immelt), CEO of Goldman Sachs Lloyd Blankfein, and even CEO of Google, Eric Schmidt and another CEO of JP Morgan Jamie Dimon, were recruited as co-chairmans of The Robin Hood Foundation in 2010, in an effort to raise more money.

The Robin Hood Foundation defended accusations against the company by saying, "100 percent of donations are distributed."  What does that even mean?  Of course the money gets distributed to SOMEONE, even if the money was stolen by greedy CEO's, it was still "distributed" among them.

The Robin Hood Foundation also has about $18.5 million a year in administrative, program support and fund-raising costs.

Financial statements from 2010, show at least ten individuals on the staff of the Robin Hood Foundation, making anywhere between $100,000 - $500,000/year salary.

The daughter of New York Mayor Bloomberg works at the Robin Hood Foundation.

Also, in 2009, the infamous George Soros gave the foundation a $50 million contribution.

As I continue to point out, most large charity organizations are scams.  Whether it is The Red Cross, The Salvation Army, or even governmental organizations set-up under the guise of 'helping' like The United Nations or FEMA, when large money is involved, the more there becomes opportunity for corruption.  The solution, I believe, is to keep everything as local as possible, and begin to move away from this idea that great things arise from large organizations, or large governments, rather than individuals.

Lastly, if you feel like being charitable, as you should, go out and directly do something yourself!  Pick up trash, give a person in need some money, donate your time somewhere, etc.

The Fraud of FEMA, Disaster Relief, and Big Charity

I do NOT donate any money to any big organization, voluntarily. (Of course, the government takes money out of my check, involuntarily, to pay for their big, corrupt organization.)  I have learned that any organization with a huge budget, lets say over a million dollars, cannot be trusted to distribute the money fairly, and in the manner that is expected of it.  With money, comes power, and with power, comes psychopaths that want that power.

Pink Ribbon - Breast Cancer "Research"

Let us examine the logic behind charity organizations that are set up to "fight" certain diseases, like the various "pink ribbon" charities set up to fight breast cancer.  These charities always stress the importance of finding a "cure", instead of finding a "cause".  If you are the head of one of these big "charities", you are probably flying around on private jets, living in a nice home, driving a nice car, and have a good salary.  But what happens if a cure for breast cancer is found?  Then you no longer have the jets, home, car, and salary.  There are doctors who claim to have the cure for cancer already, like Dr. Burzynski, and patients who have claimed to have been healed, but these doctors are never given any light, or any funding from these pink ribbon charities.  There is an incentive NOT to find a cure for these diseases.   There is a documentary that touches on what the writer calls "Pink Ribbons Inc.", the origins of this pink ribbon craze, and the hypocrisy of the corporations that make money off of it.  You can watch the eye-opening documentary here:

Hurricane Sandy Proves To Be A Lesson In Disaster Preperation

As the stories of the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy begin to roll in, there are many lessons to be learned from this disaster.  On the positive side, there have been numerous accounts of people coming to the aid of their fellow man, and contributing to the relief effort with incredible acts of love and kindness.  There is a Facebook page titled "Hurricane Sandy Acts of Kindess", that gives you a glimpse of the grassroots charitable activities taking place.

But there is, of course, also a negative side to every disaster.  There are always people that will be trying to take advantage of other people who are in desperation.  At every level, from top government officials, down to your average lowlife in the street, crisis is used, by some, as an opportunity to do things they wouldn't normally be able to do, under normal circumstances.  Here is a clip of Rahm Emanuel, former President Obama Chief of Staff, saying how "you never want a serious crisis go to waste".  While there are already examples of government "officials" using Hurricane Sandy as an excuse to flex their executive muscle, by doing things like shutting down highways, and even implementing martial law, it is the average low-level criminal that seems to be the main concern of the still many east coast residents without electricity.

Will President Obama Receive The Same Back Lash Over His Response To Hurricane Sandy Victims, That President Bush Received After Hurricane Katrina ?

In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005, many people criticized, and rightly so, President Bush for the federal response to the victims who were homeless, wet, and hungry.  One heavy influencing critic was hip-hop mogul Jay-Z.  In 2006, Jay-Z released a song called "Minority Report", where he discusses his feelings towards the Hurricane Katrina situation and President Bush's response.  Lyrics to this song include

"Helicopter swooped down just to get a scoop
Through his telescopic lens but he didn't scoop you
The next five days, no help ensued
They called you a refugee because you seek refuge
The commander-in-chief just flew by
Did he stop? No, he had a couple seats...
"I just put my monies in the hands of the same people that left my people stranded
Nothin' but a bandit
Left them folks abandoned"

Flash forward to 2012, Barack Obama is President, and Jay-Z brags that he is "a small part of the reason" that Obama was elected.  Jay also boasts "I got the mayor, on my pager".  So I wonder what his response is going to be now that Hurricane Sandy has hit him hometown of Brooklyn, and everyone from the mayor of New York, to the President of the United States is receiving hostile criticism about the relief effort, or lack there of.

A Staten Island resident confronted Senator Chuck Schumer, pleading for help from Obama, begging the Senator not to leave, and screaming "We Are Gonna Die!".

In the video above, taken by NBC, a Coney Island resident talks about the dire situation in her community, including residents having no food, no heat, and no water.  Another Coney Island resident says people are defecating in the hallways in her building.  They are all furious at the government response, and the uselessness of FEMA.

Of course, in the bigger picture of things, it doesn't matter what Jay-Z has to say, there is a crisis occurring.

I believe what we can learn from this situation, is to not trust in anyone for your safety and protection, especially the government.  Every year the federal government steals vast amounts of money from the people, and fund ever-expanding, useless programs like FEMA, which are supposedly set up, specifically, to be prepared for disasters, but have a terrible track record.  Imagine the audacity of FEMA telling people to prepare for the Hurricane, yet they weren't prepared for it, and they have an enormous budget ! If that money was left to the states, they could create their own disaster relief crews, which would be more reliable, accountable, and cheaper because you wouldn't have to pay some federal bureaucrats to do anything.

This is also an example of how quickly things can turn bad.  The vast majority of us are NOT self-sufficient.  We don't grow our own food, or raise cattle.  We don't know where or how to get clean water, if it stops coming out of the pipes.  And even if you do know how to be self-sufficient, your neighbors still aren't, and that could still lead to a major problem.

My advice: Don't be scared, just be prepared, for the worst.
